Yes, I did, I had it until a few days ago and I accidentally deleted it and now can't get it back.

I'm with AT&T also and I bought the 8+, and the visual vm app was pre-installed on mine but somehow when I had it open I deleted it or moved it and now I can't find it anywhere.

I have the same problem except, I had the app and somehow accidentally deleted it and now I can't find the original app that was pre-installed on the phone when I purchased it. I've searched everywhere for it and I can't find it. I hate having to open my phone app to get to my vm.

After you place an order online you're supposed to be able to pick up your order 1 hr after you're order is complete. That's bs..my still says processing as well and it was ordered yesterday. Why do they post bs 1 hr pick up when it's not true. I'm so pissed with att when they advertise a lie!!
