i am using ICS and one day came the new software update and i clicked on that thread ,installation began suddenly internet is gone the upgrading process freezed their now, whenever i am trying to reinstall even after setting back my phone factory setting its been unable to upgrade what to do...

i am using galaxy p3100 and when i am trying to upgrade from ics to jelly bean usind kies it showed downloading after some time 100% complete but it got strucked their i tried doing this several times but same problem persistedd.what might be the reason.can some one plzz help me....:(

i am using jelly bean 4.1.1 in my tab2 . suddenly my tab stopped getting internet from my idea sim.but when i placed other sim in tab the internet is ok.and even my same idea sim on other tab worked fine. then whats the problem with my idea sim in my tab??
