I remember when I had my note 3 with a screen problem. Some of them were cracking without dropping it and Samsung was always saying that was the customer's fault. So saying Samsung is better that is pure bull.....

Actually it is pretty easy to prove that the phone has not been dropped. If no scratches no drop. Especially when it is still new. Off course if there is a scratch then....

I had the Note 3 for about 4 months I think and I never had a problem with it rather than the email not coming too fast..there was a certain delay. For some the delay is fine for me not so much when I have to rely on it. So anyway got BB Z 30 and a Lumia phone. After all it depends what you use...

yeah everybody that has that issue need to post pictures in here for proof..because nfluencedaworld wants to bring it into lawsuit which would be awsome to teach Samsung. Even in crackberry forum there is someone that saw his screen cracked while looking at it ( Z 30 - 5" ). then when he checked...

only 11? I thought the're more..Yes it is scary...$750.00/phone and no support for warranty..
