Forgot to mention that the problem only happens when the call is ended with the speakerphone active. If I turn off the speakerphone before ending the call it does not happen.

Hi All, Just after joining as I have an issue with my One S that is annoying me. Hopefully someone can help or maybe someone has the same issue? When I make a call, the proximity sensor (dim red light, right of the HTC logo) turns on and works normally (screen turns off when something is near)...
