I am having the same issue on my Verizon Galaxy S6, I have 4 purple dots in a U shape near the middle. Its on Snapchat and the normal camera. Restart and uninstall of Snapchat didn't fix it.. Posted via the Android Central App

Verizon's tech support had me turn on data roaming.. No fix. Boyfriends iPhone seems to have LTE speed issues too but nothing like my S4
