    I had not let my battery run all the way down when this occurred to me. I have used both a plug in charger and a USB port charger and neither has helped.

    I'm having the same issue. I have not done anything to the phone. I get the gray battery and the not connected to the USB Port signal when i unplug.

    I'm having the same problem. Any ideas? (Love my phone except for this). I have both a USB Connector and a Plug in charger, neither works.
