Having this same issue with my HTC mini(same camera though), blue/purple tint shows up mostly in the left border of some pictures when taken in low light conditions. Hopefully it's a software issue that gets fixed, wouldn't care to wait 3 weeks while my carrier sends it to Poland for service...

This picture was taken just a couple of weeks after i first got my Galaxy S4. I was out at a friend's cabin in the Finnish archipelago and when the others went out fishing I decided to stay on land to test out the camera a bit. Conditions were perfect and the pictures turned out pretty great...

Had the same problem, did a factory reset which fixed the issue.

I guess this is a very carrier dependent issue but I haven't had any problems with the connection on my S4, the signal strength actually seems slightly better than my Galaxy S3 did. Overall pretty happy but generally the network is also very good here in Finland so it's hard to compare.
