Is this Note 3 economically repairable?

Tried cleaning the mobo with electrical cleaner but it was no good. Bought a new mobo off ebay for £69, fitted it earlier and it's fine again.

Is this Note 3 economically repairable?

Please see photo attached of my Note 3. Is this a logic board issue or digitizer issue perhaps? Or maybe something easier? Any advice would be great. Cheers!
