really for me it was all about battery life. Most everything I could live with. the other challenge which has nothing to do with 2.2 is that I do not yet have 4G in Orlando.

I had to walk away from the evo for a number of reasons but wanted it to work for me so badly. so now that 2.2 has been pushed, whats your feelings about the phone. What has improved, what hasn't. tempted to give it a second try.

well in my home network where my iphone has coverage around any part of my 3000sf house, the evo connects but has almost zero throughput. its using the G channel of my dual router with wpa2. Now I went to Panera last night, hooked up to their open network...............and voila, screaming fast...

no no troll at all I assure you. I just think its not for me...........yet. For whatever reason the iphone still has me in its grasp. I am also still contending with battery issues which I can live with. The one I cant is the wifi issue because I use it all the time. sooooooooo for now.

Well after much debate, I have decided to return to my iphone. that said, I cant recall what the EFT is for Sprint and didnt know if it made more sense to sell then just return. I have 3 Seidio batteries, Seidio case, car charger and clearvue that I bought so if the eft is crazy...

HTC forum feedback left. Radio Shack actually placed and order for me to swap mine out. hope it does the trick but I am doubtful

Dumb question but does the evo need to be rooted to use this app?
