i bought my galaxy 4S at AT&T just 14 days ago and I have the same issue. Thought I loved this phone but with this I'm thinking to change to an IPhone. As AT&T gave me a time to test this one. My phone can't be dirty with only 14 days! :-\ If thats the case really considering the change..
