I set up PIN in Google Play and tried to purchase,but failed; then I changed my PIN and made a purchase again..with success! Now I can finally buy app and music as before. So thanks again for proposal of setting up PIN ! Note: Clearing "Google Play Services" before PIN-setup is suggested...
