    Why can't I set the voicemail number on my Android 5 (Lollipop)?

    I did it. First, go to the app for calling. Then click in the three points (...) on the right side of the search field. Select configurations. Then "calling configurations". Then "voicemail" . Again "configuration". And enter your voicemail number. Good luck.
