Well they are guaranteeing a downgrade, not an upgrade to the model that is unavailable. Also, the issue isn't the deductible, it's just unfortunate that I can't just have the screen replaced. Deductible for a cracked screen is less than a new phone.

Just called again, they said their new terms state they can send a phone in whatever color they have available and cannot guarantee a direct replacement for the phone I ordered. They also said they can't repair my screen where I live when there's 10 ubreakifixes here, and that I gotta dish out...

Weird confusion: when I try to pre-order on bestbuy's site, it says it is 5g compatible. Are they getting the euro-spec or is it a fluke? Also is the xperia pro significantly better?
