Super late response, but for anyone still having issues on Windows, just use Internet Explorer like ShinyTop mentioned and it will work. I was trying it on Google Chrome as well as through Windows Explorer directly and it didn't work but IE did.

Nah none of the above helped. Should my device show up in Networks and Sharing in Windows when I turn it on?
