weksa, that is the most lazy response you could give! here's what worked for me (Moto X, running Lollipop): 1. go to Moto Settings 2. Display 3. Select apps 4. Select All 5. Reboot phone. You can also try only enabling Dialer and Phone applications, I did Select All just to be sure.
