After wiping the cache partition, the incoming call notification worked, but only once. The notification stopped working after that first call.

I did that. Worked the first time, but went back to not ringing after that. DND is off as well. All other notifications are working except incoming calls. The weird thing is that sometimes the volume up/down toggle is sometimes stuck at silent and I would have to restart the phone to be able to...

Shortly after updating my HTC One M9 to Lollipop 5.1 (running on Sense 7.0), my phone stopped ringing when receiving calls. Any idea why that may be? All other app notifications are working, except for incoming calls. Thanks.

I tried the following: 1. Power off phone. 2. Press Volume Down & Power. 3. Click Reboot to Bootloader. 4. Click Boot to Recovery Mode. After extensive researching and contacting HTC directly, I found out that I am supposed to get a few options where one of them is 'Wipe Cache Partition'...
