Alright. I give up. I need help. HOW did you guys remove the built in screen protector from the Unicorn Beetle Pro? It's like impossible. With the otterbox defender it is so easy. I can't just pop it out. Advice? I think this is the only rugged case with a belt clip and that's what I need...

I flashed the RUU for GB earlier today and when I went to settings, software, status, the source is Verizon Wireless but everything else is blank. Is this normal or did I do something wrong?
