Hello people:) i had the same blur and couldnt get my note 4 to focus. So i went into the camera settings, the 3... little dots, "metering modes"..and chose matrix. Mine all fixed:)(very first time u might have to wait 2 sec before it clears up. Also might help to move it around a bit. First...
