    htc one how to stop it from going into a black screen and locking?

    I have exactly the same problem! Purchased my HTC One on Sat 5th Oct 13, and it keeps going to black screen and I have to input my Lock code each time to continue after only 5-10/15 secs. Very frustrating. The sleep mode is set at 30 secs, so its not this. Any ideas anyone? Thanks :confused:
