I had the same problem with my new Xperia XA on my BTHomeHub4. I fixed it by separating the 2.4 Gz and 5 Gz channels and rebooting my phone. Kept the same password just added 5GHz to the new channel. To split your SSID: Open a new web browser on your connected device and type 192.168.1.254...
