I never have any problems but that largely depends on where you are streaming your content from. If you are in a well covered area then you probably wont even notice that your streaming. If you know that you'll be out of a good coverage area you can always download some tunes to hold you over...

The only problem I would see is choosing a content provider. Using Google play you can purchase and stream content to your phone and even use it on your Mac. If you use iTunes , you would have to purchase and download content on your computer first,then transfer to your phone or upload to Google...
