Ok, so clearing the system cache partition did not help. Everything is the same as it was.

I live in Norway. No factory resets, just restarted the phone several times. This was never a problem before the latest update to EMUI (9.0.0.195) Netflix won't open, Google Play movies will not download. Both these apps have storage permission

Yes all the apps (Netflix and Google Play movie) have storage permission, however Google Play movies doesn't download movies, and Netflix just won't open. (Error 15001)
