I have a S21 Ultra and want to transfer 60 days worth of text messages from 1 conversation from my phone to my PC. I've tried Smart Switch and it doesn't seem to work. Can't access the file after it says download complete. Any other suggestions? thanks.

I have the same problem. I tried 3 different USB cables and two different computers. The PC will not recognize my Verizon S4 the way it used to in the past. It makes the sound when the USB is connected, but that's it!
