I've lost all LTE connections on 3 mobile broadband devices in Denver (2 different USB LTE Devices, 1 LTE Hotspot) for the last 2 hours. Although a colleague with a Droid Charge is having no issues.

Regardless of the size of the photo, the phone should automatically create a compressed version of the photo suitable for sending. There should be no need to actually change settings before taking the picture.
