re: And to add to the story, I noticed the issue at 25%, put it on the charger and the battery would not charge. It would only go down until it eventually cut off and never turned back on. So that is why your phone is not turning back on. It is a battery issue, not that he/she let it get to 0%

re: This is exactly what happened to me. I had to file a warranty claim with my carrier and got a new phone. That new phone had the same issue, filed another claim. This third phone seems to be ok now
