All my apps are gray with no cache (wether that's relevant) and I can't uninstall anything. My Device Administrator sits empty and I have read somewhere (?) that there may be a hidden app affecting this but I can't download anything to check. Any help would be much appreciated! :-

Sorry for the late response, thanks B. Diddy. I wanted to see if it would load my apps (non-system) and as expected it wouldn't.

Yesterday for example I wanted to try the app ES File Explorer and when it loads the apps it only loads the few I have downloaded lately. It won't load the rest of the regular apps or system apps. Any help appreciated!

Well riddle me this... the S8 model # for Canada ends in a W (eg. SM950W) mine ends in a U. Phone accessed without knowing...yes. Thank you, I have had the update for a while now and the thing is it won't accept my PIN. I am also using the right PIN and no luck!

I don't know how but my phone had to have been accessed remotely, I own an S8. When opening up developer's options you press build number 7 times. Well now when I do that it asks me to confirm a PIN code I KNOW nothing about. Any advice as how to fix would be appreciated. :(

I have 358 systems apps (from those that came with the S8 and those downloaded from playstore) I know my phone has been hacked (checked out by someone who worked for Google). Why they become system apps is what is confusing. Someone tried to root the phone but failed now no recovery directory...
