When You go on samsung app to register for buds it asked to see you pre order form. You just take a picture of the paper Best Buy gave you when you preordered. You IME for your new phone automatically comes up when you are registering. You should be good.

I picked up mine and they had plenty at my local Best Buy

Does anyone know if Best Buy will actually have the earbuds to offer with the phone or will we have to use a certificate on samsungs site?

I got a call to schedule an appointment @ about noon, and was told they have my phone. I can pick it up tomorrow, no pick up email yet. Still says preparing online.

Last night it was still yellow and I could click on it.

It wasn't grey yesterday. It has been 5 days now.

If you can no longer cancel your store pick up order, what does that mean?

That sucks because I canceled my order from Samsung because it gave me a 3/15 date. Thought I would have a better chance with Best Buy.:(

No update from Best Buy for me yet. But my date is 3/8 so far.

Does Best Buy save some phones for customers to walk in and buy? Or do they hold them to fill orders first. If I don't get an email I'm thinking of being there when they open. I WANT MY PHONE! LOL

With all my previous orders from Best Buy it normally shows in progress first, which makes me think the could possibly have the phones at the store all ready. I'm not sure. I ordered a phone case early also and i don't recall seeing "you can pick up your order" with the date. It said in progress

I'm not sure then, maybe your pick up store doesn't have them yet. This is my first time preordering, so I am new to all of this.

Does Best Buy get the phones in and hold them until release date. My order says ready for pickup March 8th. Normally it says order i progress.
