Okay. When choosing the region it has 4 different USA regions (AWS, TMB, CLW, DOB), how do I know which one my phone is?

I downloaded both of those and extracted with 7zip. I don't see the 4 files you're talking about.

No it won't let me reset unfortunately. I'm not sure what is causing this phone to have almost no signal in my house even though it's on the same carrier as my old phone. It's weird.

I think I've figured it out. I went out into my yard and was able to get a very weak 3G signal for a few minutes but I still couldn't do anything on the internet. My old phone (same carrier, Verizon) had 4G in my house all the time. This refurbished phone for some reason doesn't have a good...
