I keep getting a notification at the top that says, "Android System SD Card Tap Here to Transfer Media Files." Anyone have this issue? If so, what does it mean, and how can I stop it?

Seems like a lot of people are having this problem, including me. Contacting support is useless, because they tell you to do the things I've already done. For example, clearing cache and data, turning app settings and phone app notification settings on, restarting the phone, uninstalling updates...

I hope there's an update that fixes all these issues.
