Few weeks ago my note 3's screen stop working at some spots as the upper left corner and at the place of "a" and space bar after restarting my device they work normally for a bit and then they stop again. I'm confused is it a hardware problem or not. Thnx in advance for your advice.

Since the last update i can't manage home screen as when i try to change any thing a message says "unfortunately touchwiz home closed" and then the phone starts lagging for a while and i tried soft reset and clearing cache but all failed. So what should i do? Thanks in advance
