Just replace /system/fonts/Clockopia.ttf with one of your choice, be sure to set permissions as r-w-r-r or from adb or terminal: chmod 644 /system/fonts/Clockopia.ttf

by default the Q and the slider run at 800mhz performance, meaning the cpu never stops having a freq of 800.

Pretty much anything you would want to do as far as modifications can be found in guides here, xda, etc.. just google it, or hit one of us, if we know how to do it, us Q devs are cool as hell and will likely help walk you through it.
