    Black screen but home buttons along the bottom light up and have sound

    hi, Ive had the same issue with my phone but i cant see anything when i shine a light on it, especially no cracks. There was a software update on it the same day so I dont know if that might be the cause of it? Hope you can help since its only just been recently repaired!!
