bro it is lg ms 910 os 2.3.4 yes in devolper option we can do that.. but i want to cygic will on permanently .. when i plug in charger (turn on the car) screen display become on and when i turn off car the display again wnt off

Dear Friends i want to mount my cell permannet in car and will plug charger with car charger.. i need the app when i start the car display become on and when turn off the car display become off please help me i want to install sygic ..and convert my phone permanantly into GPS device...
