    Cannot Get to Call App Settings on KitKat 4.4.4

    My call app no longer takes me to speed dial, it goes straight to the dialer, and the blue bar on the bottom only has the dialer and history icons. The settings icon has disappeared along with my speed dial screen. How do I fix this, or is there a better dialer app I can use?
