happened to me the same what can we do ?

It happened to me too Yesterday my Galaxy S3 fell in the floor , I quickly picked it . After an hour I noticed there was a pink spot on the top left corner of the phone... Slowly after couple hours it spread. Now my phone is all Purple/Pink. I can't see Please tell me what it is ?
