That's good to hear, it took them 3 days to fix it for me and they went a really roundabout way of doing it too. Fortunately, they credited me for next month's bill for the trouble. I am enjoying the visual voicemail, it's a good feature overall. Could be improved though.

Is anyone else having issues with messaging? I seem to be getting huge delays in receiving messages, it's been as bad as not getting them until hours later. sometimes it's only a few minutes ideas?

Yeah, but if you want to use the Skyrocket's visual voicemail the service itself must be cancelled, because it still has hold of your official AT&T voicemail even if you uninstall and use another program because those use their servers, not AT&T's like the visual voicemail does on the skyrocket.
