Bottom part of my screen dosent work and I have no problem with that. But now when I reset my phone I cannot pass my setup wizard. I installed cm14. I have no tarp backup.

Everything was working fine until yesterday . I don't know what happened but suddenly I couldn't access play store. Even my apps wouldn't sync. So I reset my phone and now I can't access my account. Whenever I try to log in it play services has stopped but when I log in using my laptop it works...
