Could be the issue, but when I called in the 1st time after getting the email, they checked the location code and said it was valid for the S2. Still haven't called back in yet after being on hold for an hour then the line getting dropped last week.

I got that same email on 3/23. Called immediately that day and was assured that I would be getting the Gear S2. I also sent an email and was assured again that the Gear S2 was coming to me. Today I receive a VR. On hold with them right now waiting to talk to someone. Been on hold for 45...
