Ever since I upgraded from my original EVO to the EVO 4G LTE, everyday at noon I get a reminder about random facebook friends' birthdays. Is there any way to turn this off. I have a feeling this may be a Sense problem... Thanks for the help in advance!

Before on my OG Evo, if I clicked on a link to the Google Play Store web front end, it would ask me if I wanted to open it up with the browser or Store app. Anyone have an idea how to enable this possibility with the Evo LTE? I'm getting tired of clicking app links and staying in the web browser...

From what I gather, the current kernal for the stable build has some standby power issues. My cm7 nook drains about 1% of battery per hour on standby. There is a new kernal available in beta form that apparently solves this issue. If you're not adventurous, I would wait for the next stable build...

No, my toy of the moment is the nook color I got off ebay not too long ago. I think we both have the right devices for each of us... the xoom is user friendlier, looks cool and just works. The nook is inexpensive and I can learn how to root & swap roms without messing with my evo. She does let...

I have a wintec filemate 16gb class 10 card and I thought maybe it was my nook. You're making me think that maybe the problem is the card...

I'm having the same problem but when I uncheck "Allow Non-Market Apps" it doesn't stay unchecked. Any ideas?
