Hmmn, I think I totally misunderstood your issue. [emoji1787] Did you by chance install your own screen protector and maybe it is a little askew, causing an issue with the sensor? Agreed, very odd issue!!!

I took the plunge the other day. Battery life was not an issue beforehand, will have to let it shake out a bit to compare. One odd battery issue I did notice is it seems to take longer to charge. Will keep an eye on that. Anyone else come across that issue?

Not sure if these options were already mentioned so apologies if so. Have you tried to clear cache from your phone app? Is your phone app your default to answer calls? As mentioned above, check to make sure it is clean by proximity sensor.

Oh man, that sucks. Glad you have the insurance. I dropped my Flip (forget which version) and it hit tile floor while it was folded. Couldn't open it past 90 degrees and no insurance. I did have a crap case on though. Was going for cute (had kitties on it) instead of sturdy. [emoji2356][emoji2356]

I tried an Ultra a few versions ago and my hands actually cramped up while holding it!! Wanted to give it a shot but had to return.

I agree. I like to have a new phone each year (at least until I retire and then might need to revisit!) for warranty, new features and because trade-in value is highest (usually!) during the next cycle. A yearly gift to myself because I'm worth it! [emoji1787] If that is not your jam, so be it...
