I am so frustrated with Samsung's SPen! I purchased my phone in September 2019 and not long after my S Pen started falling out. In January 2020 it finally fell out and I lost it. I have called Samsung's customer service and they are NO HELP!! I can't tell if I need a new SPen or a new phone...
