I doubt it. I think you're confusing Titanium Backup's backup functions with Google's data sync functions. Google's idea seems to be for contacts and settings... Titanium is holistic.

I think you're looking for a clipboard manager. A clipboard manager is not a feature of CyanogenMod as far as I know so you might want to look for a 3rd party app. I don't use one so can't recommend any. Sorry.
