When attempting to use video camera, it comes on for a second, then quickly reverts back to regular camera. I shut down the phone, turn back on, and video works once... Then stops working again. Any ideas?

What do you mean "without the app"? I downloaded the tones I wanted, using the app, but set the tones via my phone, under Settings. And no, they are .ogg files, not mp3s.
