Just an update - we went to T-mobile and they said they'd never seen anything like this. We didn't have insurance on the phone but they are replacing it under warranty. We're happy with that outcome.

All of the sudden, I can't access the bottom of my screen using my finger. The stylus works there, but it's not so convenient to use for everything. This problem is present on all screens... meaning if I pull down the notification screen, I have to use the stylus to pull it back up. Same in...
