When I get the HTC Evo V from virgin mobile, I would also like to make it into a mobile hotspot with out paying extra.

With Virgin Mobile you get ICS right out of the box with Sense 3.6... I really wish it would be 4.0 so it would be faster and smother.. 3.6 is just heavy compared to 4.0 So they put ICS on it right out of the box but no 4.0? Thats kind of disappointing
