My Visa was credited by Samsung approx 3 weeks after I returned the phone in the "special box" to Texas.

If you're just trying to dispose of the extra free phones, I would walk into Verizon or Best Buy and leave it on the counter. They'll take care of it... like a baby at the fire station :)

The Note 7 only works with the New 2016 VR . If you're lucky, they'll send that one free with the S7 since its backwards compatible. The new one is all black. The older version is white

Did anyone request a different color ?

Has anyone else heard that they are personally going to deliver the replacement phones and pick up the exploding ones ? That's how they did it in Korea. I put refund on my form so how is that going to work ? Has anyone gotten the 'special packaging' to return the phone ? Thanks

If you choose the exchange, do they let you use your $25 credit ? I'm thinking of taking the refund, then re-order it as the price should drop after this mess.
