I'm experiencing the same thing too. The greenish-yellowish flashy screen right after the TV animation when the screen turned off. It's irritating the heck out of me, thinking someday the screen will just give. I think it may be an issue with Voodoo colors. I'm running stock ICS 4.0.3 as well...
