It's a simple as connecting your phone to a PC and dragging and dropping. You can also use some apps to sync with iTunes.

I assume you're using the stock app? I recommending changing to a third-party app and shutting down the stock app. I don't think I've EVER used the stock app in any phone that I've had.

Re: I can't be the only with no issues after 4.3 update! I just got mine on Thursday (traded from Moto X) and it had 4.3 on it. I don't seem to have any problems at all. I'll give it some more time obviously but everything seems to be working smoothly.
