    HTC EVO 4G Software Update - 4.53.651.1

Android noob here... Need some advice on this please. Unrooted still, I took 4.24.651.1 OTA some weeks ago as I wanted Gingerbread so I could tinker with an ADK. But then found that it was 2.3.3 (I need 2.3.4) and got a lot of bugs instead. Yesterday I was offered 4.53.651.1 OTA, and...

    Windows ADB driver problem

Relatively fresh re-install of WinXP, and it won't recognize the drivers for my Evo. (In Device Manager, it shows "ADB" next to a yellow question-mark icon under "Other" device category). I've tried removing and re-installing the driver (from SDK r08), but it complains that the .inf file has...

    SnapperMail (Email) Replacement

I'm also looking for a better email client for POP/IMAP. K-9 has bugs/issues (regularly shows a whole bunch of emails as Unknown (subject, sender, etc) and has blank content. It also marks everything as read on the server as soon as it downloads it.
