Yes all of them do it. only way to stop it is to have charger plugged in. I would have To say if I knew all the problems this thing has would have never spent 400 on it and 100 on dock. its slow and lags even being over clocked.

Well I too have problems with my TF300t. It was great when it was running ICS but as like every one else said JB really messed it up. As of right now I'm unlocked, rooted and running hydro 7 with a 1.7Ghz OC kernel and its way better then stock but still it does not play any high resolution...
